Mizzu has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all our customers. Any complaints regarding the quality of our bottle that are not related to prior incidents, we will provide a free exchange to a new tumbler.
What material does your tumblers use?
Our tumbler only uses 304 Stainless Steel tumblers as well as Ceramic Coating in some of our tumbler that guarantees vacuum insulation.
