1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your Mizzu tumbler develops a genuine issue within 30 days of delivery, we'll send a free replacement — free of charge, free of hassle.
What's covered
- Insulation failure (drinks not staying hot or cold as expected under normal use)
- Lid or seal leaking during normal use
- Powder coating peeling, bubbling, or chipping under normal use
- Manufacturing defects (dents, weld flaws, faulty threading) present out of the box or arising from normal use
- Rust or coating breakdown when the tumbler was used and cared for per our care instructions
What's not covered
So the guarantee stays fair (and free) for every Mizzu customer, it doesn't include:
- Damage from drops, impacts, or being run over, sat on, etc.
- Damage from the dishwasher, microwave, freezer, or stovetop, unless the product is labeled safe for that use
- Damage from carbonated beverages (carbonation can build pressure and cause lid failure)
- Normal cosmetic wear: minor scratches, scuffs, or fading from regular use
- Cosmetic preference or change of mind ("I don't like the color/size") — we don't offer returns or exchanges for this reason
- Items purchased secondhand, gifted without the original order number, or bought through unauthorized resellers
Eligibility criteria
- Claim window: Submit your claim within 30 days of the delivery date (not the order date). Proof of delivery date is required.
- Proof of purchase: Original order number plus the email/name used at checkout, from mizzuofficial.com or an authorized retailer.
- Evidence: Clear photos or a short video of the specific issue (the leak point, the peeling area, the defect).
- One guarantee per order: The guarantee applies once per bottle purchased. A replacement bottle isn't eligible for a second claim.
- Normal use only: The issue must result from ordinary, intended use and reasonable care per our product care instructions.
- Return of item: We may ask you to return or dispose of the original bottle per our instructions before a replacement ships.
- Fraud protection: We reserve the right to decline claims showing a pattern of abuse — repeated claims on one account, mismatched proof of purchase, or evidence inconsistent with the reported issue.
How to file a guarantee claim
Contact us on Whatsapp at +62-852-1508-4861 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We'll review and respond within [2 business days].
Damaged in transit or wrong item shipped
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — this is separate from the guarantee above and won't count against it.

Trade in any old stainless steel tumbler — any brand, any condition — for 25% off a new Mizzu bottle.
How it works
- Bring your old stainless steel tumbler to a participating Mizzu offline location.
- Hand it over for recycling and get 25% off one new Mizzu bottle at checkout.
Terms
- Offline only: Valid at participating in-person Mizzu locations/events only — not available online or by mail-in.
- One tumbler, one discount: Limited to one 25%-off redemption per customer per visit. Extra tumblers don't stack additional discounts.
- Eligible items: Must be a genuine stainless steel tumbler/bottle (any brand). Plastic, glass, or non-metal drinkware doesn't qualify.
- Non-transferable, no cash value: The discount can't be exchanged for cash, combined with other promo codes, or applied retroactively to past purchases.
- Final sale: Purchases made with this promotion are final and not eligible for return or exchange, though they remain covered by the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for defects.
- Recycled items become Mizzu property: Tumblers submitted for recycling aren't returned to the customer.
- Subject to change: Mizzu may modify, pause, or end this promotion at any time without notice.
